After an initial disappointment over descriptions of a faux leather product, the shoes were replaced to my satisfaction. So I’m pleased with customer service. Thanks. For buyers if their leather products though beware as they are not leather. It’s plastic and as a result not as flexible as the webbing version so a larger size is perhaps better.
